Josephine McGrail is an internationally recognised transformational healer, author, and somatic yoga facilitator with over 20 years of experience. A former professional ballerina trained at The Royal Danish Ballet and Rambert, she weaves classical movement, nervous system regulation, and energy alignment into her work.

In this Aromatherapy Yoga workshop, Josephine pairs restorative flow and breath with pure botanical essences to create a grounding, sensory journey designed to bring you home to yourself.
