Certified Yoga Instructor | Stott Pilates Instructor | Wellness EnthusiastWith over 8 years of experience in yoga, Kasen is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor known for guiding students on a journey to physical strength, mental clarity, and inner peace. Certified through Yoga Alliance, Kasen offers a blend of Vinyasa, Inside Flow, Yin Yoga, tailored to students of all levels - from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Kasen believes that yoga is more than just a physical practice; it’s a way to connect body, mind and soul. His approach centres on cultivating mindfulness, encouraging self-compassion, and respecting each individual’s unique journey. He emphasises alignment, breathwork, and intentional movement to create a practice that nurtures both strength and relaxation.

Amy is a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher. With expertise in Vinyasa Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Mindful Flow, she creates classes that balance movement and stillness. Focusing on precise alignment, safety, and personalised adjustments, Amy guides students to deepen their body awareness, cultivating stability while exploring greater freedom in both mind and body.
Zixuan
Sound Healing Instructor
With over 18 years of experience, Zixuan brings a deeply holistic approach to personal growth and inner harmony. She masterfully weaves the resonant healing of singing bowls to guide individuals on a journey inward. Her unique method invites gentle self-exploration, helping clients release mental clutter and reconnect with their natural state of balance and clarity. In each session, Zixuan creates a safe, nurturing space that encourages profound relaxation and authentic transformation.
Shun
Fitness Instructor
Drawing on his background as a former fashion designer, Shun brings a distinctive perspective to fitness, where body awareness, lifestyle, and fashion aesthetics intersect. A CIMSPA-certified personal trainer with YMCA training, he has over six years of experience in strength training and physique management. Rather than relying on clothing to conceal perceived flaws, his approach centres on using the body itself to express confidence, balance, and poise.

Yoga Instructor
Debbie Bhowmik is the founder of The Joy of Yoga and a London-based Chromatic Yoga Leader and Inside Flow® Gold teacher. She believes yoga is breath with movement and welcomes all ages and abilities: “If you can breathe, you can do yoga.” Debbie offers joyful, inclusive classes, online sessions, workshops and retreats that blend intention, flow and music to support confident practice.
