Social Media Manager

The role
Own the communications strategy: brand narrative, media relations, press materials and pitch outreach.
Lead Chinese social media across RED (Xiaohongshu), WeChat (Official Account/WeCom), Weibo, Bilibili and Douyin—content calendar, short‑form video scripts, posting, moderation and community growth.
Plan and deliver creator/KOL and brand partnerships to drive reach and acquisition.
Amplify launches, workshops, retreats and pop‑ups with integrated campaigns.
Monitor performance (reach, engagement, retention, leads/ROI), report insights and continuously optimise.
Collaborate closely with Design and Programmes to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Deliver bilingual campaigns for launches, workshops, retreats and pop‑ups; ensure localisation quality and cultural fit.
About you
Demonstrable experience in social media within lifestyle/wellbeing or adjacent sectors.
Fluent Mandarin Chinese (written & spoken) and strong English; confident writing copy in both languages.
Hands‑on PR and social experience in lifestyle/wellbeing or adjacent sectors; comfortable pitching to Chinese media/KOLs.
Culturally astute, community‑minded and metric‑driven.
A genuine interest in wellbeing, yoga and community‑led brands.
Proficient with platform tools and analytics; basic mobile video capture/editing skills are a plus.

Arts Producer (Programmes & Events)

Contract: Full‑time, permanent (37.5 hours per week; evening/weekend work during events with TOIL)
Salary: £33,400–£52,000 per annum, dependent on experience and project scale.
The role
Plan the China‑facing programmes across workshops, retreats, brand launches and pop‑ups; own the end‑to‑end delivery.
Lead creative and production: run‑of‑show, staging and visual identity, sound and lighting, filming and livestream coordination.
Budgeting and contracts: vendors and venue negotiation, instructor/performer engagements, insurance and rights.
Ensure compliance and safety: risk assessments, H&S, licensing, and bilingual signage/materials to meet audience needs.
Post‑event analysis: attendance, NPS, repeat rates, media/social impact (with a focus on Chinese platforms), feeding improvements back into the roadmap.
Cross‑functional collaboration with PR and Design to ensure coherent brand expression.
About you
Proven track record producing arts/culture events or complex programmes, ideally in lifestyle or wellbeing contexts.
Fluent Mandarin Chinese and strong English; confident stakeholder management across Chinese/English contexts.
Strong project leadership and supplier management; excellent organisation and budgeting skills.
Working knowledge of H&S, risk and permissions; calm under pressure and solutions‑focused.
Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels; fluent written and spoken English.

Graphic & Multimedia Designer
Location: 4th Floor West, 47–50 Margaret Street, London, W1W 8SF

Salary: £33,400–£45,000 per annum, dependent on portfolio and experience.
The role
Develop and maintain a bilingual visual system and templates (Chinese & English), including type, layout and reusable components.
Produce assets tailored to Chinese platforms: RED posts/covers, WeChat articles/headers, Douyin vertical video frames, Bilibili thumbnails; plus campaign visuals, landing pages and event collateral.
Edit short‑form video (Reels/Shorts) and light motion graphics (titles/subs/basic animation).
Capture and retouch photography from classes and events.
Manage design assets and file hygiene; prepare artwork for print when required.
Work closely with PR & Programmes to plan content pipelines for China‑facing campaigns.
About you
A strong, well‑curated portfolio (please include a link).
Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (Ps/Ai/Id/Pr/Ae) and Figma skills; confident with video editing.
Meticulous layout and information design; strong eye for lifestyle aesthetics.
Clear communication and time management; comfortable collaborating across teams.
Fluent Mandarin Chinese and strong English; able to handle Chinese typography and layout.
